* There will be special LGBTQIA+ community events that take place Wednesday-Saturday from 5-6:30pm.

On the night of Saturday June 30th, there will be a free performance, entitled The SPILL, whereby the artists of Excessive Realness will perform upcoming dance and performance works.

Co-Directors Anthony Alterio and Allison Blakeney created Excessive Realness to address both the lack of dance education for LGBTQIA+ people, and the need to drastically change the modern and contemporary dance communities in order to make them more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ people. It is designed to provide a creative arena for LGBTQIA+ dancers to learn, share ideas, and engage in critical dialogue around dance, queerness, and the various other intersecting identities that LGBTQIA+ people hold.

Please see our website for information on registration, the artists, and their classes. If you do have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at excessiverealness@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLASSES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
