Friday Night Improv Jam with Laura Peterson

Friday Night Improv classes are led by rotating Teaching Artists on the last Friday of the month, crafted for dancers of all levels to enjoy and unwind from the week. Join us for a fun, communal, contemporary dance experience and stay for a glass of wine, it's Friday night!

Dance is for everyone and improvisation is a great way to discover or deepen your unique sense of dancing, your body's natural impulses and innate musicality. We can develop trust and connection to ourselves and the dancers around us.

Laura Peterson is a NYC based choreographer, performer, and teaching artist. She has been teaching contemporary dance improvisation for more than a decade nationally and internationally.
