glamourtango Latin American Cultural Week

The annual Latin American Cultural Week opens Nov. 11 with the dazzling GLAMOURTANGO, an all-female, multi-media feast of tango that celebrates women in tango.  Cast is director/pianist Polly Ferman, bandoneonist Shinjoo Cho, flutist Yael Acher Modiano, violinist Melissa Hagopian, double bass player, Iris Ornig, and singers Mariela Marco and guest Jeannine Otis.  Alpha-Omega Theatrical Dance Company will perform dances by resident choreographer Enrique Cruz deJesus  LACW continues through Nov. 18.  For a full schedule of events please visit www.lacw.org
