Glitter Kitty's One For The AGES!

Glitter Kitty Productions

The Glitter Kitties to Bedazzle the East Village!   Crystal Field and The Theater for the New City present, "One For the Ages!"  Let us sweep you into an extravagant world of storytelling and dance.   A culmination celebrating our many theatrical stylings, the original music of Elliot Roth, special guest puppets, and elements of surprise.
Enjoy old crowd favorites;  "Das Festhaus" (inspired by a German Beer Hall, this Bohemian Folly will leave you craving beer and a bratwurst,) and "Dustbath" (a beautifully haunting piece conjuring the ghosts of Governors Island, NY); among new works including "Swampwater Jack" , "Emily's Sneaky Ballet" and "Witch Way".

"One For the Ages" is sure to be just that!

See what people are saying about the Glitter Kitties....
"The Glitter Kitties are what we hope for from New York City theater and rarely find--a fearless band of agile, multifaceted performers who approach whatever they're concocting with unfiltered exuberance. From rock opera to puppetry to vaudeville to burlesque--always built on a robust foundation of dance and movement--the Kitties titillate, perpetrate acts of subversive theatricality and most certainly reverberate in audience hearts long after an evening's performance. The Kitties don't take themselves too seriously because their craft as a collective is effortless and they have nothing to prove--they're simply here to entertain, but it turns out their impact is profound--their insatiably omnivorous art reminds us that the act of creation can still be revolutionary, and the dialogue between performers and audience is timeless, and sometimes, lifesaving."  - Michael Wiener, Actor, Writer, Musician, Artist Extraordinaire.

"Viewing this contemporary ballet piece about the sea and all of its wonders was beautifully refreshing and extremely enjoyable to watch!"   - Stephanie Deere, BroadwayWorld.com

"The classics were revived with the syrupy sweet work by Jeff Davis and his partner Emily Vetsch in That’s All. Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron would have been proud with the adoring looks, the gentle lifts and swirls, and the intimate touches."    - Sam Robbins,  JCE Magazine

"The musical had an excellent air of comic relief, with witty writing, intelligent use of props, deep character development, strong acting, and wonderful vocals."   - Stephanie Deere , BroadwayWorld.com

"Jeff Davis’s duet “That’s All,” similarly, evoked the light-footed grace of one of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers’ more buoyant duets, as Davis led partner Emily Vetsch around the stage with ease and strong musicality, blending moments of sustained elegance and quick-footed steps."       - Alison Durkee , New York-based journalist and arts critic

"Ground Breaking!"  -Annie Now
