Led by Marissa Nielsen-Pincus, Associate Artistic Director of Third Rail Projects, this workshop looks at creating “one on one” experiences for an audience that have legible actions, put the audience at ease, and encourage receptivity. Participants will experiment with creating meaningful and authentic audience experiences through “action” based structures, looking at the ways that a performer’s intention and perception can impact this type of intimate exchange.
