The flyer of the dance class by Kanami Kusajima, with the class schedule in May Dinara Khairova

I am offering improvisation dance classes at Abrons Arts Center on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Anyone is welcome regardless the amount of dance experience.

The purpose of my dance class is to be fluent in your own expression/language through dance movements.

Most part of the classes will be improvisastion/contemporary dance.

In many cases, the most challenging part of improvisation dance is not the movement itself, but the process of removing mental blocks that are preventing you from moving freely.

Therefore, I am committed here to providing a safe space to explore your own movements, and I am happy to assist you in finding your unique way of dancing through my classes.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
I hope to see you in the studio!
