Modern with Marion Spencer

Modern with Marion Spencer - Dancewave

Modern Dance with Marion Spencer - Dancewave Online Adult Classes
Sundays 12-1pm and Tuesdays 7-8pm E.S.T.

Dancewave’s Modern dance class is a highly imaginative investigation of ourselves as facile, creative movers. Marion Spencer's class creates a safe space for learning and growth while embracing risk and technical challenges. Beginning with a sensation-based warm-up, we wake up our bodies and ground ourselves through both set material and improvisation. Our class strengthens basic modern technique and cultivates courage and curiosity through floor and standing exercises, finally culminating with a full-bodied dance phrase that challenges us both physically and creatively. Suitable for dancers at any level.
