Professional Level Ballet

Professional Level Ballet Alexandra Albrecht

The form is ballet, the body is yours. In this professional level technique class we focus on alignment, weight, and personal structure and how that can be articulated musically in space. We use what we find to improve our actions. At once balletic and human, this class prepares the dancer to move through a wide range of contemporary forms.
