Shield the Joyous

Three dancers photos

In Fall 2019 Aleksandr Frolov, Gabrielle Revlock and Alexandra Tatarsky will present a new collaboration, Exposure Therapy — an embodied, creative, and personal response to anxiety and the language of anxiety research. To commence this collaboration between two Americans and one Russian, this evening is devoted to showing an exploration from each artist, which will then inform the forthcoming piece. Come experience these distinctive voices in contemporary performance and get a sneak peek into the creative process.

Shield the Joyous is made possible in part with public funds from Creative Engagement, supported by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and administered by LMCC.
