Tisch Dance and New Media Conference

Tisch Dance and New Media Conference 2017

Integrating Dance and Technology In University Dance Programs is a conference designed for faculty who teach Dance for the Camera, Video, Interactive Media, Multimedia Dance, or New Media and Technology in their university dance department curriculums.  We also want to invite arts organizations, dance artists, and new media and performance programs that encourage collaboration with dance – to join us in this conversation.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss how dance departments, and technology and performance programs can integrate new media into their curriculums, and to do this in a way that attracts new students, and opens them up to creative possibilities in the expanding field of new media.
