Movement Research partners with the Trisha Brown Dance Company to host the first weekly ongoing Company Class taught by a rotating cast of former company members.

Trisha Brown Dance Company class will begin with a warm-up to integrate the breath and full dimension of the body, movement exercises will focus on undoing places of tension and holding. Mapping the joints of the body will be emphasized to enable clear and efficient movement pathways in preparation for learning phrase material from Trisha Brown’s repertory, that encompasses quick qualitative shifts and complex points of initiation.
