Through dance, live music and responsive film, birds sing a pretty song. explores a world of increasing surveillance and confinement of our surroundings and how it affects ones sense of reality and self.

The piece was co-created by Rebecca Margolick and Maxx Berkowitz, through their fellowship with LABA at the 14th st Y and through residencies with the Chutzpah! Festival.
