butoh workshop

I am excited to offer 3 by donation dance classes this summer.  Each session will have a warmup, imagery exploration,  and structured improvisation.
Dance making, performance tools, repertory, partnering, ensemble and solo practice, and partnering may also be incorporated.
If you are curious about butoh, interested in different approaches of movement, dance, and dancemaking, or ever wondered just what are the people in the music videos; "The Spirit Was Gone" by Antony and the Johnsons, and "Z.N.S." by Einsturzende Neubaten doing, Try one or more of these workshops.

Please reserve by emailing shizuny@yahoo.com and stating your interest, and paying by Paypal or Zelle Cash is accepted the day of, before class begings. Please arrive ten minutes early, to change and register. The door has to be locked once the workshop begins.
