DISABILITY. DANCE. ARTISTRY. DANCE AND SOCIAL JUSTICE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM (2023)

Made possible by the generous support of the Ford Foundation, Dance/NYC invited disabled dance workers to submit applications for awards through the third iteration of the Disability. Dance. Artistry. Dance and Social Justice Fellowship Program. Applications closed on October 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. E.T.

Selected individual disabled dance workers received awards scaled from $1,500-$4,000, to reimburse expenses incurred from engaging in dance and/or social justice activities from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The grantees for this program were announced on January 31, 2024.
