This year on JComm I...

• allowed myself to be vulnerable in the company of a trusted network of support, learning about myself and growing along the way. _Eli Tamondong
• sought to listen more, talk less, and expand my personal dance world. Onward to next year! _Tara Sheena
• met an incredible group of critical thinkers. We delved into difficult discussions together, acted as a support network and volunteer base for Dance/NYC and provided a platform for the community to join our dialogue on failure within our field. _Oceane Hooks-Camilleri
• met leaders, thinkers, organizers, friends, dancers, movers, shakers, and people who care about the future of dance in NYC. _Ashley Richard

• met the future of the dance field in 22 incredible advocates, administrators, critical thinkers, educators, and artists - all actively working to make our field better for everyone. _Kate Ladenheim

• my worldview expanded. I met compassionate people who are driven by curiosity and are passionate about the work that they’re doing. I’m so inspired by the work we’ve done and the incredible conversations we’ve had, and I can’t wait to see what happens next year. _Kim Savarino
