Exit 12 Dance Company seeks Development Intern

A new mission:  Advocating with Art.

We are a company of dancers and military veterans.  We perform contemporary and classical ballet to broaden the audience, open minds and hearts.  Create works that deal with difficult themes, like war, and bring them to people dealing with wounds from those themes, whether emotional or physical.  We want to appeal to people who don’t usually see dance or search it out to intrigue and surprise them.  Our work combines observation, reality and hope.

We have recently partnered with Universities, Veterans Hospitals, Vet Centers and Veterans Groups to educate, inform and advocate for causes including dealing with PTSD and TBI, Veteran Homelessness, Suicide and Family Imapct and issues.

We have developed a grant calendar, outlined specific targets and attained significant visibility through the media.

Exit 12 is looking for someone to jumpstart its grant writing and development efforts.

If you are interested in Veteran Advocacy, Dance, Grant Writing, Fund raising, we are very interested in you.

Please send letter of interest to info@exit12danceco.com.
