New Dance Studio: Internships for Dance Instructors

 
We are a new dance studio located in the Northern New Jersey area seeking dance instructors to teach various classes. This internship is non-paying. However, it may turn into a permanent paid position for the right candidates. We seek several interns or a few who are qualified to teach a variety of classes. Please view the qualifications below and only reply if you fit them as described.

Instructor Qualifications:
 

*Must be experienced teaching dance
*Must be available for the entire school season, including and up to the dance concert at the end of the year
*Must be dependable and on time for classes
*Must be friendly and enthusiastic
*Must be a team player
*Must be available during the days and times as indicated below as per dance class or classes you are interested in teaching

We are seeking instructors for the following classes, days, and times:

*Combo Class (ages 5-9): Mondays 4pm-5pm

*Ballet (all levels; ages 10-Adult): Mondays 5pm-6pm, 6pm-7pm, AND 8pm-9pm; Tuesdays 4pm-5:30pm AND 6:30pm-8pm; Wednesdays 6:30pm-8pm; Fridays 7:30pm-9pm

*Jazz (intermediate & advanced levels; ages 10-Adult): Wednesdays 5pm-6:30pm; Thursdays 6pm-7:30pm AND 7:30pm-9pm; Fridays 5pm-6:30pm

*Tap (all levels; ages 10-Adult): Wednesdays 4pm-5pm AND 8pm-9pm; Thursdays 4pm-5pm AND 5pm-6pm; Fridays 4pm-5pm AND 6:30pm-7:30pm; Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm

*Hip-Hop: Saturdays 3pm-4pm

*Leap and Turn: Saturdays 2pm-3pm

*Pointe: Saturdays 4pm-5pm

*Partnering: Saturdays 5pm-6pm

Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, and Tap instructors must also be available Saturdays from 12:30pm - 2pm (on a rotating basis) to rehearse the Dance Company
