Hailed byThe L Magazinein 2009 as“A MUST SEE Fall Art Event”Jessica Gaynor creates pieces that utilize extreme physicality, cerebral patterning and sophisticated formal structures in an exploration of the complexities of human experience. The work often examines the relationships between music and dance as performers both follow and reject, imitate and ignore the rhythm, texture and form of the music.
