Field Leadership Fund is a 16-month fellowship that will provide high-impact support to Artists/Arts Organizations and Arts Managers from early December 2015 – late March 2017.

The program aims to move Manager Fellows into financially viable careers in the arts.  Additionally it aims to move Artist and Arts Organization Fellows into a new stage of stability and resiliency: pushing their artistic visions forward while being able to afford managerial support. Lastly, FLF aims to have a broader impact by sharing what we learn with our national peers via Leadership Forums, Dissemination Events, and printed results.

Manager Fellowships include 16 months of paid training, mentorship and networking opportunities, and two skill-building retreats.
Artist /Arts Organization Fellowships include general operating grants, paid administrative support with the six Manager Fellows, access to consultants and two retreats.

FLF is based on the premise that advancements in diversity among leadership will lead to a more equitable arts sector in New York City and beyond.
