Field Leadership Fund (FLF) is a 16-month fellowship that will provide high-impact support of the work between an arts manager and a participating artist or arts organization from early December 2015 – late March 2017. FLF aims to move the Manager Fellows into financially viable careers in the arts. It is based on the premise that advancements in diversity among leadership will lead to a more equitable arts sector in New York City and beyond. Manager Fellows are paid $20 per hour for a total of $22,560 over 16 months and get mentorship and networking opportunities, and two skill-building retreats.
