Brooklyn Ballet presents First Look: Call for Choreographers caitlin+dancers by Billie Ward

First Look is an annual curated program of work by contemporary dance choreographers presented by Brooklyn Ballet.

Applications now open for Brooklyn Ballet's 2016 First Look, taking place June 24-25, 2016 at The Actors Fund Arts Center.

Selected artists present a work up to 10 minutes-long with full stage lighting, a technical rehearsal, technical staff and marketing support, all free of charge. 

We welcome applications from emerging and established choreographers exploring new work. Works of any genre will be considered, and works in progress are welcome. Performances will take place at The Actors Fund Arts Center in Downtown Brooklyn.

Applications due April 1, 2016.
