Eco-Arts Organization - Internship Opportunity

In Artichoke Dance Company we create change through performing arts activism.

Our exciting site-specific works and community initiatives motivate the audience members to #takeaction toward environmental justice. We are looking for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in the areas of arts dministration, communication, and marketing. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills (verbal and written), is detailed oriented, curious and versatile in Social Media platforms, loves working with people of ALL ages/ backgrounds/abilities, and has a general understanding about current climate change issues.

If you are all about Arts/Dance Activism this is your place!!! We would love to have you on board!! 

Some Responsibilities include:

-Research resources and opportunities.
-Administrative support during fundraising campaigns and other events.   
-Assist in the creation of content for Social Media Platforms.
-Support community workshops and outreach initiatives (Beach Clean-Up, free workshops, talks).
-Document performances and events. (video and pictures)

** Minimum commitment of 5-7 hours per week for 3- 6 months.**
**Ideally available through Spring 2020**
**Work can be done remotely and interns design their own schedule.** 
**This internship is an unpaid opportunity.**
