Unseen, the workshop, is open to anyone who wants to connect with themselves on a deeper level. This workshop will challenge the participant both as performer and as an audience member. Within the two hours, the participant will create “worlds” within space that navigate energy, body contact, and usage of props. We will be pushing and breaking down boundaries by exploring movements through improvisation and choreography.
