New musical comedy premiering at Carnegie Hall’s ZANKEL HALL
WANTED: Male Tap Dancer (Non-Union): One male tap dancer wanted for a musical. Dance is in a 1-minute number.

REHEARSAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to attend all assigned rehearsals: One rehearsal during tech week…options include October 6 at 5 p.m., October 8 at 6:30 p.m., or October 9 at 6:30 p.m.; additional required rehearsals include a short call time (about 20 minutes) every Wednesday (Oct. 17, 24, 31 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 7, 14, 21, 28 at 8 p.m.) until the show date. Note: You must be available the full day of the show (tentatively set for December 2, 2018).
PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION - A new production at Carnegie's Zankel Hall, based on the styling of Aristophanes, a comedic playwright of ancient Athens. This production is a new, fast-paced anti-war musical comedy that picks up right after Aristophanes’ famous heroine, Lysistrata, devises a brilliant plan to blackmail the men of Greece.
COMPENSATION & UNION CONTRACT DETAILS - There is no compensation, however, there will be exposure to major media, credit for performing at Carnegie Hall, plus there is interest from Broadway producers to expand the show for a full run and may negotiate keeping our original cast/musicians/crew.
