BOLD Arts Teaching Artist
New York and New Jersey Part-Time Positions Available

BOLD Arts is expanding! We are looking for talented dance teaching artists who are passionate about arts education with availability to teach after-school, daytime, and summer programs. BOLD Arts offers high-energy dance classes to children ages 3-12 that provide a solid technique-base while also developing and empowering each child’s voice. We also offer Baby and Me dance classes that utilize brain dancing.

BOLD Arts is seeking dance teaching artists who inspire children to create, innovate, work as a team, and develop confidence. We are looking for professional dancers and dance educators who are proficient in their craft and eager to share their knowledge and talents with children in an engaging, energizing, and creative way. Applicants need to be musical and dance with vigor, thereby encouraging children to do the same. Applicants must be able to plan and prepare developmentally appropriate choreography and be able to create in the moment, prompting and embracing children’s ideas and movement.

If you are creative, reliable, and eager to share your talents with young people, please send a cover letter and resume to info@bold-arts.com! In your cover letter please include neighborhoods you are interested in teaching in, whether or not you have access to your own transportation, and what dance techniques you specialize in. We are specifically looking for teachers interested in teaching in Westchester, Hudson County, Union County, and Manhattan with experience teaching creative movement, hip hop, jazz, and modern dance.

BOLD Arts will provide compensated training in our specific approaches to dance-based arts education.
