JUNTOSxChange is a 2-day program and will take place November 9-10, 2024 at LeVue Studios (833 Broadway 4th floor, New York, NY 10013)

JUNTOSxChange will offer dance workshops, classes on personal branding, contracting, budgeting, and grant writing, as well as mentorship from Latinx dance professionals. This community-based professional development program aims to serve the Latinx artist community by providing a platform for Latinx dance artists already in the field to connect and share with early career stage Latinx dance artists. JUNTOSxChange is a free, application based program with the following goals:

1. Opportunity: Open many doors for Latinx dance artists who are willing and ready.

2. Community: Create a bonded network of Latinx dance artists in NYC.

3. Mentorship: Link emerging artists to inspiring and aspirational Latinx professionals in the NYC dance community who share and contribute to the implementation of JUNTOS’ core values.

4. Action: Personalize deliverables and plans for growth to each specific artist, catering to their professional goals.

JUNTOSxChange is supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
