 PROGRAM MANAGER

NATIONAL DANCE PROJECT

New England Foundation for the Arts

Boston, MA

 

 

The Position:

 

Reporting to the Director of Programs and working in close collaboration with the Executive Director and other NEFA staff, the Program Manager for NDP will design, develop and deliver the core program activity of grant making for the production and touring of new dance work, as well as partnerships for international exchange, the Regional Dance Development Initiative, and the Contemporary Arts Centers network.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the dance field and the ability to identify needs/opportunities in the field to inform NDP strategies.  The Program Manager must be able to nurture relationships, galvanize constituents and funders, and maintain a strong presence in the field.
