GOLEM, dance theater audtion

CZECHOSLOVAK AMERICAN MARIONETTE THEATRE AND GOH Productions:

Dancers, actors and/or puppeteers with good movement skills are needed for a revival of GOLEM, a dance-marionette theatre play directed by Vít HoÅ™ejš, choreographed by Naomi Goldberg Haas, with music by Frank London.  The performance will run for three weeks at La MaMa E.T.C. November 3-20 (Thursdays-Sundays)

We are casting:

Golem-a large or tall dancer who will not be a puppeteer (a part originally created by dancer, Larry Goldhuber)

plus 7 dancers who will also manipulate marionettes.  Puppetry experience is a plus, but not necessary, as we will train in rehearsals.

Auditions will be held in Manhattan two days:

Sunday, May 22 3-6 pm

Wednesday, May 25 7-9 pm

Email photo and resume or letter listing your experience and interest to info@czechmarionettes.org
