Summation Dance Female Audition

 

Summation Dance is looking for 1 female dancer and 1 female apprentice with strong modern technique and performance qualities to be involved in the creation of their new work, premiering as an excerpt at Judson Church on November 10-12, 2011 and in its entirety at Baryshnikov Arts Center's Howard Gilman Theater in March 2012.   If you are interested in auditioning, please come to our classes at Dance New Amsterdam, as these classes will serve as an informal audition.  Please send your resume and headshot along with the date(s) you will be attending beforehand, so we know who you are to: info@summationdance.org

Dancers will receive a stipend for the performances in November 2011 and March 2012. Apprentices will receive a small stipend pending completion of the projects. Rehearsals start immediately and take place in the evenings.
