Project Name: Diabetes - My Success Story 6-part web series showcasing individuals living with diabetes and their professional work/hobbies/passion. Subjects will receive wide exposure on Everydayhealth.com. Compensation included.
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
EverydayHealth.com, a leading provider of online health information that attracts tens of millions of monthly users, is producing a series of support videos on people managing diabetes. The purpose of the videos is to inspire those living with diabetes to overcome the challenges that diabetes poses to lifestyle and relationships.
INTERVIEW SUBJECTS:
We are seeking people managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes (age 30-60), as well as various health care professionals who are engaged with the diabetes communities.
Casting Sessions:
Tuesday, Sept 27th -9:45am - 6:45pm
Wednesday, Sept 28th - 9:45am - 6:45pm
Thursday, Sept 29th - 9:45am - 1:00pm
Friday, Sept 30th - 9:45am - 6:45pm

SHOOT DETAILS AND DATES:
For the day of the shoot we will be interviewing people on camera to ask a series of questions about how diabetes affects their lifestyle. Our focus is on successful experiences. Before the shoot, our director will interview participants to make sure the questions are speciic to the speaker. Think of it as more like a friendly conversation than an interview.
Shoot Date: Tentatively between October 5th - 13th
Time: A maximum of four hours for each participant
Location: Studio in Manhattan
Compensation: Participants will receive an honorarium of $150.00 for the shoot.
