The Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company is auditioning for our 2013-14 Touring Season, including creation of new work, performance and teaching residencies. Paid rehearsals and performances. Non-union, 30+ week contract. Rehearsals are held in NYC. Legal work status required.

Seeking female dancers of diverse, ethnic background (including African descent, Jewish, Latina) who are 5’2-5’7 with strong modern dance technique, bold athleticism and theatrical range. Minimum 2 years previous professional experience required. Dancers called back will be asked to perform a short solo.
