BAX's YouthWorks Call for Coaches

Are you a professional choreographer, playwright, director, actor, dancer, singer, or performing artist interested in coaching young people?

WE WANT YOU FOR YOUTHWORKS 2013

Share what you know with the support of a unique program.

Started in 1991, YOUTHWORKS is a yearly opportunity for young people (ages 7- 18) to imagine, create, and perform their own original performance work at BAX. Professional artists volunteer their time to coach young artists through the creative process as they create anything from plays, dances, poetry in performance, and original songs.

ORIENTATION MEETING FOR COACHES:

Saturday, December 1 from 2:00-3:00 PM, to learn more about the program and how to participate followed by a workshop for young artists and parents

COACHING SESSIONS:

Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons in December and January. Commit to one, some, or all coaching sessions. Coaches receive a $24 rehearsal space rental credit and one complimentary ticket to any performance in our 2012/13 Season.

YOUTHWORKS PERFORMANCE:

Saturday, February 2nd at 7 PM and Sunday, February 3rd at 5 PM

Are you interested in joining the YOUTHWORKS Experience?
