Deeply Rooted’s Summer Dance Intensive offers technical rigor and artistic development within disciplines of dance. Over four weeks, participants are exposed to a strong curriculum fostering learning and personal growth, along with opportunities to experience the company’s repertory through forums, workshops, and performance.

Deeply Rooted accepts youth (12-16),beginner, intermediate, and advanced/pre-professional students. On the first day of the Summer Intensive dancers will participate in a placement class. Following the class, students will be placed in the appropriate level at the discretion of Deeply Rooted’s Artistic Team.

Curriculum includes classes based in Horton, Graham, Ballet, Traditional African Dance, and Contemporary Movement.
