Funk Buddha/ Bonsai Lab arts

We are an urban theater, dance & music  group that seeks a production assistant.

The intern will regularly assist with social media and event planning logistics.

Our internships are ideal for candidates  who are able to relate to people from diverse back rounds.

Abilities in the following areas are needed.

Updating social media platforms.

Interacting and coordinate schedules with musicians & dancers.

Creating press releases about performances.

An awareness of photography, video, graphic and web design is a major plus. Related work experience is preferred but not necessary.

The schedule and weekly hours are flexible. We do propose that applicants reside in the New York area. The standard internship is 3 months long, for 2-3 days a week between 11am and 3pm.

In addition to those core duties - there will be opportunities to work in other areas of the company including: Event production and costume design.
