DanceNYC is seeking volunteers for the upcoming sold-out 2014 DanceNYC Symposium to be held on Sunday, February 23rd from 9:30am to 5:45pm. Volunteer positions are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and in exchange for a 4 hour shift commitment, volunteers are welcome to attend many exciting Symposium offerings, including panels, case studies, free advising sessions with arts and legal consultants, training sessions, a service fair and buffet lunch. Volunteers are NOT allowed in studio 4 sessions due to capacity restrictions.

Set -up on Saturday Feb 22 4-8 PM
Group A – 8:00am-12:00pm
Group B – 11:00pm-3:00pm
Group C – 2:00pm-6:00pm
Break-down 6-10 pm

Volunteers are needed in a number of disciplines, including Room Coordinators, Production Managers, Guest Check-in, Schedule Managers, Catering Support, and Runners. We are also looking for volunteers with technology skills to serve as Tech Assistants and Production Managers for our presenters and panelists.
