Merce Cunningham Trust Workshop Audition

AUDITION

City Center Studios - 130 West 56th Street
11:30am - 3:00pm
(The studio space will be available at 11:00am for dancers to warm up/stretch.)

This audition will be for all workshops listed below. If selected, you may be asked to participate in any number of them (1, 2, 3, or 4), and will receive daily technique classes free of charge. In addition, a limited number of MCT stipends will be awarded for these workshops. The stipends will be given based on the audition as well as previous participation in classes and workshops.

Workshop 1
Roaratorio (1983) led by Patricia Lent (MCDC 1984 - 1993) and Jamie Scott (MCDC 2009 - 2011)

Selected dancers will participate in the workshop free of charge. Some familiarity with Cunningham Technique is preferred, but not required.
