Movies By Movers is a festival dedicated to the art of movement. Movement that both celebrates and challenges the boundaries of live human motion through the art and magic of film and digital media.

Movies By Movers is seeking FILM submissions for it's 5th annual festival to be held at it's brand new home at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC during November 2014.

We seek films of any movement genre for our Short-Shorts Program (5 minutes or under) and our Regular Shorts Program (5-18 minutes). 

To submit a film, please go to www.moviesbymovers.org and go to the "Submissions" tab. Pay the submission fee through the paypal link and submit your project information and link to your film in the form provided.

Professional submissions are due by July 15th 2014. Accepted projects will be announced September 30th 2014. Schedule of events to come shortly after.

Awards for Best Short-Short, Best Regular Short and Best Student Film will be chosen by audience vote.
