Ballet Theatre Company and Exit12 Dance Company is holding an audition for Exit12's 2014-2015 Season and The Nutcracker, directed by Roman Baca and produced by Ballet Theater Company.  Positions offer paid rehearsals, company class, per diem and performance stipend. Travel and lodging is covered when on tour.

Audition will be held Sunday September 7th from 11-1pm at the Alvin Ailey Studios, 405 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019. Callbacks immediately follow from 1-3pm. Pre-registration is highly recommended.

BTC’s performance season consists of an annual Nutcracker performance and a spring performance as well as other community performances.  Exit12’s relevant and innovative repertoire is touring to five locations around the United States and is honored to be performing at the 92nd Street Y in January.

Audition will consist of a ballet class and classical choreography. Ladies please bring pointe shoes, gentlemen be prepared to partner.

Rehearsals are in NYC two days a week, and dancers will be required to commit to a full production week Dec. 15-21nd for performances of Nutcracker in West Hartford, CT.
