THE KATE WEARE COMPANY IS SEEKING VOLUNTEERS!

 

Kate Weare Company is a Brooklyn-based contemporary dance company known for its startling combination of formal choreographic values and visceral, emotional interpretation. Following our triumphant BAM debut in 2013, we are thrilled to be returning to BAM in 2015 for our much-anticipated 10th Anniversary season.  Learn more about this and other exciting KWCo projects at kateweare.com.

 

KWCo is currently seeking volunteers interested in using their professional skills to support an exciting Brooklyn-based community arts organization. Bring your experience to bear in a creative environment that appreciates your commitment to our thriving not-for-profit arts organization. Enrich your community in partnership with our mission to provide Brooklyn with the very best dance has to offer.

 

We wish to find support for the following areas of expertise:

 

Marketing

Public Relations

Accounting & Corporate Finance

Social Media

Graphic Design

Video Production

Legal Counsel

Flexible Schedule and Work Flow

KWCo asks our volunteers to make a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week for 8 weeks.  Volunteer hours can be set flexibly around your schedule anytime Monday through Sunday between 10am and 7pm.  Work in our Mac-equipped Brooklyn home office, or remotely from your computer as projects allow.

 

Don’t have a lot of time, but still want to help?

KWCo also needs volunteers for single day opportunities like mailings, special events, and performances.
