It's a great way for professional and pre-professional dancers to stay in shape over the summer! The age cut off for the summer intensive is 25 years old.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Donate a minimum of $1 to the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group's Kickstarter at bit.ly/JBCGkickstarter by Friday, October 10, 2014.  For every $1 you donate, your name is entered 1 time. For example, if you donate $5, your name is entered 5 times for a chance to win. The more you donate, the better your chances of winning!

2. Send an email to joffreyconcertgroup@gmail.com.  In the subject line, write the name you donated under. In the body, write your preferred contact information.

3. The deadline to enter is Friday, October 10, 2014.  The winner will be announced on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

Kickstarter Project Description:
The Joffrey Ballet Concert Group, the performance company of the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City, has been invited to represent the United States at the Beijing Ballet Academy's 60th Anniversary gala performance and seven of the company dancers have been selected to compete in the Beijing International Ballet Invitational.  We are also planning to use the tour as a jumping off point for our first ever documentary capturing the behind the scenes of the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group.

Where will my donation go?
Money raised will go towards hiring the film crew and production team that will capture, edit, and create our documentary.  It will also cover the travel expenses for our dancers and film crew to China. If we do not reach our Kickstarter goal of $50,000, the company will not be able to travel to China.
