Winter-Spring 2015 DiP Residency at Gibney Dance

Dance in Process (DiP) is the signature program of Gibney Dance’s Choreographic Center at 890 Broadway. DiP provides nuanced creative residency support for mid-career New York City-based artists by offering continuous, concentrated access to studio rehearsal space, a significant stipend, and technical and administrative resources.

With generous support from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Gibney Dance is pleased to accept applications for DiP residencies for Winter-Spring 2015.

Important Dates:

October 27, 2014, [5pm] – Deadline for 2014 DiP Applications and selection panel nominations
October 31, 2014, [12pm] – Deadline for applicants to vote on eligible panelists
Early November [approx. 5th -12th] – Panel review process
November 26, 2014 – Announcement of 2014-15 DiP Resident Artists
January 1, 2014 – July 30, 2015: DiP Residencies scheduled in 3-week blocks.
