Working closely with the Hong Kong Ballet's Artistic Director, you will play a key role in the overall execution of planning, touring and company management. Particular focus will be spent on the logistics of repertoire and programming, as well as the engagement of guest artists. You will also be responsible for artistic operations relating to performances staged both in Hong Kong and overseas, and for assisting with human resources management for the dancers. The Company Manager should have experience with touring as both an administrator and dancer along with confidence in handling visa applications and other priority related items.
