We are a small ballet studio on the Upper East Side and are looking to start a Pilates class. We need someone with experience and followers who would like to start a pilates class once a week. This would be a rental situation, where you would profit off of the number of students who come to class. We have a beautiful large studio with two dressing rooms, two bathrooms including one shower.
