Call for New Jersey  Performers/Dance Companies

Call For Group Performances
 
The Kennedy Dancers of Jersey City are now accepting choreographic work submissions to be performed at the J. Owen Grundy Pier located at One Exchange Place (at the foot of Montgomery Street) in Jersey City, New Jersey. Performances are slated for 3 Thursdays in July: July 9, 23, and 30, 2015. Performance time will be 6:30 PM with a call time of 5:30 PM.
 
Dance work must be a group piece- NO SOLOS or DUETS, please. Dance companies that are applying MUST have a 501 (c) (3) non-profit status and MUST be a New Jersey based company. New dance work is preferred. Work must not exceed 15 minutes in length of performance time. Please send links to work you are submitting for (rehearsal or performance) in order to be considered.

Title of Piece:
Number of performers:
Performance length in minutes:
 
Please add links to videos of the work.

Dance companies that are chosen will be part of the Jersey City Summer Dance Fest along with the Kennedy Dancers with performances on July 9, July 23, and July 30 at 6:30 PM. Chosen companies will receive a stipend of $500.00 to show their work. Deadline for submissions is June 22, 2015.
