Arts Administration Internship

 

Parsons Dance is seeking student professionals for the winter term for an arts administration internship that includes development, marketing, company management, and event planning. Interns will experience the inner workings of a non-profit dance company by assisting with the day-to-day management of the company. 

This winter's internship will be primarily focused on the production and preparation of the company' s 2016 two week New York season at the Joyce Theater. 

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi task, work well in a busy office environment, meet deadlines and be extremely detail oriented. Candidates must also be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms and have excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Interns must commit to 15-35 hours per week. This is an unpaid internship with the option to earn college credit. We are looking for interns to start immmediately.
