Modern dancers needed to participate in a movement exploration from 4-7p on Tuesday, Oct. 6 near Times Square. The space is open-air and public; our exploration will happen as an open rehearsal. In the session, dancers will complete tasks as they deal with a piece of solo material; many of the tasks will put them in conversation with each other and with the accidental audience on the street and sidewalk. The rehearsal will feel experimental, with the process on full display. Dancers with a penchant for post-modern dance, thorough investigation, and inventive thinking are encouraged to apply. 

Compensation for this session is $12/hr. Dancers should wear sneakers or other shoes they can dance in, and dress in layers that will keep them both warm and mobile.
