SGAM at APAP

Application Deadline: November 2, 2015

All submissions should include the following information and two to three videos of your work.  There is a nonrefundable $25 application fee.  Send submissions to info@sheffieldglobalartsmanagement.com

Location: Manhattan Movement and Arts Center

248 West 60th Street, New York, NY

Tech starting at 3pm

*There will be a fundraising reception, open to the public immediately following the showcase.

What you get from SGAM

Publicity (including APAP conference showcase listings, press releases, online media exposure and printed materials)
Press materials displayed at the SGAM APAP marketplace booth for the duration of the conference

MMAC Theater

Seating capacity: 191 (maximum)
Dressing rooms with direct access to the stage
Expert technical crew, state-of-the-art lighting, audio and video equipment

Tickets

APAP presenters (with an APAP badge) attend at no charge, early reservations are required.  General house seats and tickets for the reception are sold for a nominal charge of $20 for Performance Only and $40 for the “Party Package” (performance and reception).  Tickets will be available for online purchase in advance.

Fees

$1000 for up to 15 minutes.  Can perform as many dances in one slot.  This time includes set-up, bows and strike of any props.

$25 Application fee due with submission of application via PayPal at sheffieldfrancine@gmail.com

50% Deposit payment due upon signing of LOA

Remainder of full payment due on December 7, 2015
