Now in its 6th year, the CURRENT SESSIONS has built a reputation as an organization that offers unique and memorable experiences for dancemakers, their collaborators, and spectators alike. SESSION after SESSION, passionate artists come together from NYC, the US and abroad to develop new relationships; a 3-day festival of curated performances, movement workshops and an open forum/discussion allow accepted artists to exchange in both conversation and craft.

Recent presented artists include: Niall Jones, Yara Travieso, LoudHoundMovement, Ellen Furey and Jeff Docimo // Isodoc Dance, among others.

If presented at the March 11 to 13, 2016 performances, artists will also be granted up to 16 hours of residency time at Mana Contemporary, and the opportunity to either teach a movement/workshop or participate in our Talkback conversation series.
