Apply to be a part of a new monthly series from THE CREATORS COLLECTIVE!  

We are seeking dancers and choreographers for a monthly event taking place at Freddy's Bar and Backroom in South Slope, Brooklyn, which will also feature live music and video projection.  Collaboration is a large part of these events, so when submitting, please take a look at the options below and let us know which you are most interested in.  There will also be room for artists to share a short work of their own, in addition to these collaborative and improvisation options.  

To apply, please send an email to gina@thecreatorscollective.org with any applicable marketing (website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), 2-3 work samples, and please tell us which of the following collaborative opportunities you are interested in: 

1. Improvise together with a musician - playing off of one another
2. Improvise as a musician plays their own music
3. Quickly collaborate in advance and perform together at the event
4. Perform own work in front of curated video projections

If you are interested in improvising, please also include a small description of your relationship and history with improvisation. 

Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis. Apply ASAP to be considered for the next three Thursdays, February 25th, March 24th and April 28th dates.
