BALLROOM BASIX™ (BBX), a non-profit organization that teaches schoolchildren non-competitive Ballroom & Latin partner dancing — with an emphasis on fun, good manners, respect and anti-bullying — is seeking individuals for part-time work teaching BBX classes in public and private schools. Individuals with dance/theater performance experience are preferred. Syllabus training will be provided for approved candidates.
 
Requirements include punctuality, high energy, a flexible daytime schedule, and the ability to work with and inspire kids primarily 4th – 6th graders, with a focus on 6th grade. Applicants must possess charismatic, engaging personalities and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people by connecting them in a respectful way with their classmates/peers.
